Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These terms and conditions apply to the Paul Riley Art website located at www.paulrileyart.com.

BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of order and again when the goods are dispatched.

Goods will be sent out within 5-10 working days after clearance of payment by a dedicated art courier at no extra cost to the client if within the UK. Overseas orders will be charged flat rate fee of £10 (GBP) for packing and shipping costs.

For Europe, USA and worldwide a flat rate fee of £10 (GBP) will be charge for packing and shipping costs.

All artworks will be expedited UNFRAMED.

Please note that Paul Riley artworks are all original unique works by the artist and are represented as true to colour as is possible.

Delivery of the artwork shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the Order and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the artwork whenever they are tendered for delivery.

A full refund will be given if it is not possible to complete the order due to specific artwork no longer being available.

Sizes of unframed work will be provided under Additional Information on the product page. Please check that it is right for you before ordering as items of unsuitable size cannot be returned.

Please note that  artworks on Paul Riley Art are uniquely painted.  Images of artworks appearing on the Seller’s website are represented as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, Paul Riley Art cannot accept artworks as faulty on the grounds of any differences in appearance to pictures of the artwork as featured on the website.

The Customer shall inspect the artwork immediately upon receipt and shall notify Paul Riley Art by email within seven working days if the artwork is  damaged or do not comply with the terms of the Contract. If the Customer fails to do so, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the artwork.

Delivery of the artwork shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the Order and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the jewellery whenever they are tendered for delivery.

We accept payment via Paypal and credit/debit card online using the Paypal secure payment gateway. We also accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) and cheque.

Paul Riley Art is not VAT registered.
