Shipping & Returns

We ship by dedicated courrier service to the UK, Europe (EU) and the USA. The work will be sent unframed.

How long will delivery take?

Goods will be sent out in within 5-10 working days.  We will notify the buyer by email on the day of despatch and give you the courrier contact for tracking. For Outside the UK, delivery may take longer. Delivery time after your order is dispatched is dependent on the country we are shipping to and the delivery method. Please see the guidelines below:

Mainland UK Delivery

FREE – By courrier aims to deliver within 3 days of despatch.

For Europe, USA and worldwide

£10.00 – (Flat Rate) Client will be advised on scheduled delivery date.

Returns

We request that customers check their order upon receipt and notify us by email at returns@paulrileyart.com within seven working days if the Goods are faulty or damaged.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged in any way you must inform me within 5-10 days by email. You must then return the artwork in it’s original packaging as received- unframed. I strongly recommend that you send it insured by courrier service so that it will not get damaged in P O Depots.

If a customer fails to inform us of a problem within seven working days of receipt of the order, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Authorized returns must be despatched to the address below within 14 days of authorization. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.

Please make sure you include a note with your name, address and order number with any return.

Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs when you return an item to us unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend that you send your order back to us using a courrier service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.
